How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Superflorida Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Superflorida Remodeling
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project goes wrong, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Superflorida Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or act on a provider's behalf.
How to File
Email contact@superflorida.lat and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor problems, your state or local contractor licensing board may also help.

Reach a local provider
Tell us about your bathroom or kitchen project. A local provider in the San Diego area can follow up to talk through scope, timing and a written quote.
