You should know how Superflorida Remodeling works and how it gets paid. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Superflorida Remodeling Does

Superflorida Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not do design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinet or any other remodeling work.

When you call the number on this website or send a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Superflorida Remodeling may be paid by providers or marketing partners for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Payment may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at prices the provider sets. Superflorida Remodeling does not offer financing.

Providers Stand Alone

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Superflorida Remodeling. Each provider is solely responsible for:

• Its quotes, contracts, pricing and payment terms
• The quality and scheduling of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and permits
• How it communicates with you and conducts itself

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider or a promise about its work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers take part in our network at that time.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request an itemized written quote, and compare other quotes before you decide.

Calls made through this website may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
